What we do with Microsoft 365

Most small businesses buy Microsoft 365 licenses and then discover that the licenses are the easy part. Mailboxes still need migrating, DNS still needs correcting, sharing defaults still allow far more than intended, MFA is often optional, and nobody owns the tenant when an employee leaves. We take responsibility for the whole environment so the platform actually does what you paid for.

Whether you are moving off Google Workspace, consolidating two tenants after an acquisition, or tightening a tenant that has grown organically for years, the work is scoped in writing first — including the licensing plan that fits your headcount rather than the largest one.

Choosing between Business Basic, Standard and Premium

Business Basic suits organizations that need cloud productivity and business email — Exchange Online mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and the web apps — where staff work primarily in a browser or on shared machines.

Business Standard adds the installed desktop applications, which matters for finance teams, heavy Excel users, and anyone working offline or with large local files.

Business Premium adds the security and device management layer: Entra ID Plan 1 features such as Conditional Access, Intune device management, and Defender for Business. For most regulated or client-data-heavy businesses this is the plan we recommend, because it removes the need to bolt on separate security products later.

We do not publish fixed license prices, because Microsoft pricing and promotions change. Request a quote and you will receive current pricing for your exact user count and mix.

Microsoft 365 as a managed service

Don't just buy Microsoft 365 — let us manage it. Ongoing administration is where the real cost of the platform hides: password resets, mailbox permissions, shared mailboxes, license reassignment, Teams governance, retention settings, device compliance drift and the security alerts nobody is reading.

Under a managed Microsoft 365 agreement your tenant has a named owner. We handle user administration, license management, MFA, email administration, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive support, device management, troubleshooting, onboarding and offboarding, security monitoring and general IT support for a predictable monthly fee.

  • User administration and license management
  • Security management, MFA and Conditional Access upkeep
  • Email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive support
  • Intune device management and compliance monitoring
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding on request
  • Security monitoring and ongoing IT support

Managed Microsoft 365

Don't just buy Microsoft 365. Let us manage it.

Licenses are the cheapest part of Microsoft 365. The real cost is the day-to-day administration nobody has time for — onboarding, offboarding, permissions, security policy drift and the alerts nobody reads. We take ownership of your tenant as a recurring managed service, so it stays secure and current long after go-live.
